Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide, including to all EU/EEA countries. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. EU orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processing times.

A flat rate shipping fee applies to EU orders, displayed at checkout. Free shipping thresholds may apply — check the cart for current promotions.

Duties & Customs: Active Kendama ships on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis to EU countries. This means any import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for estimated fees before ordering.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery timeframes are estimates only.
